I’m currently writing a blog covering how I went about successfully quitting smoking. Why not fight your battle and learn how to stop smoking on the right battle field. This may explain why you may have tried to quit and failed before.

Scientists have figured out a way to have your brainwaves match the dissonance of tonal frequencies. In English that means they can use sound to make adjust the speed of your brain waves. Monitoring your brain waves during certain activities, then using sound to get your brain to match the frequencies of those activities can create some astounding results. They’ve opened up doors to get your mind to respond with more energy, memory gains, relaxation and even sleep just by tweaking your brainwaves.
