I’m currently writing a blog covering how I went about successfully quitting smoking. They’ve opened up doors to get your mind to respond with more energy, memory gains, relaxation and even sleep just by tweaking your brainwaves. This sounds a little weird but easily achievable with a cd and headphones.

Most people fail at giving up smoking many times before they eventually stop. Fact is that nicotine addiction is harder to beat than cocaine or heroin addictions.
