    good..2 sundays ago marked my 1st year of not smoking. i dont even remember anymore that i used to, it was very easy to stop smoking, after the first two weeks its all good, you will think about it so dont fight it.you have come very far dont let down your health, money, and good teeth o yeah and good smelling cloths, not to mention good sexual performance..i’m not gonna wish you good luck because luck as nothing to do with stop smoking, congratulation on kicking that awful weed! congratulations

    I’m on day 9 and …
    I’m on day 9 and feeling good. Little bit of discomfort in my chest at night. Cravings are down to 2 a day. Cold Turkey is the way to go. Nicotine replacement keeps you addicted to the junk.
    A friend who was a 3 pk a day smoker said “You will make this quit as difficult as you want it to be!” He was right…Smoking is a mind game so play it and beat it!

    :-( if i can stop smoke anyone can stop! its very simple, think about it..what do you gain from smoking? absolutely NOTHING BUT LESS MONEY-STINKY BREATH-STINKY CLOTHES-CLOGGED UP VEINS-SHORT A BREATH ETC

    Congrats on your success! I stop smoking herb and its been 24 days now. Its a very good feeling and like you said it not as hard as one may think it is. As long as you really want to stop. WEll Ok, the first 2-7 days was the hardest but nothing in life come easy :)
