1) Think about the dangers to your Health:- When thinking about giving up smoking your health should be one of your primary concerns.  Each cigarette contains over 4,000 chemicals and 43 of these are known to be cancer causing agents.  Apart from causing damage to your lungs smoking can also lead to the development of mouth cancer, throat cancer, kidney cancer and skin cancer.  Think to yourself, do you really want to invest your time and money in an activity which is damaging your body?</p>
