What are the best ways to stop smoking?

Get this surefire method for ending smoking once and for all easily Ending Smoking now. Thank-You for visiting!

I, myself, do not smoke, but I have a friend that does and I would like to make her aware of some alternatives she can try.

If she wishes to use natural methods (which is what I would recommend since I successfully did), she might look into behavior modification techniques. You basically wean yourself off of the cigarettes while learning to deal with the psychological aspect of the habit (because the mental triggers last longer than the physical addiction.)

I wil tell you how I did it. I smoked for 9 years. When I quit, I was up to 2 1/2 packs a day. That was32 years ago. I decided to quit "cold
turkey". That night, I threw away EVERYTHING I had that was related to smoking. Lighters, matches, ashtrays. All cigarettes that I had were broken in several pieces and flushed down the toilet (that way I couldn’t try to piece them back together later for a smoke). I washed my hair well, vac’d out the car and the car ashtray, lysoled the carpet and drapes. Basically, I did everything I could to take away any scent of cigs. I did it! But there are times, even now, after all these years that I smell cigarette smoke and it smells good. Not many, but every so often.
Wish your friend good luck and be there for her when she feels the need for a cigarette. Not to nag, but to steer her to something fun.
